Política de reembolso
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! But hey, we get it—sometimes things just don’t work out as planned. If you need to send something back, we’ve made the process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
Here is the deal:
- You have 30 days from the day you receive your item to request a return.
- The item must be unused and in the exact same condition as when it arrived.
- Please keep the original packaging intact. We love our boxes, and they love being with their products!
How to start a return:
To kick things off, please send an email to novice.pose_5c@icloud.com. In your message, let us know which order you’d like to return and why. Please note: You must email us first to obtain the return address and further instructions. Do not send items back without this info, or they might get lost in the void (and we definitely don’t want that).
Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and give it a quick check-up to ensure it’s ready for its next adventure, we will process your refund within 7-14 days. The money will bounce back to your original payment method. Keep an eye on your account!
